Lifesmith
This site is dedicated to harmonizing individual expectations with individual realities.
Three trail blazing elements are featured:
A book blog developing wholesome villages adapted to all; including indigenous groups.
Fragments of ideas that might fit into your approach to life.
Pawn Sway initiatives advocating profound improvements in our systems to assure Pawns have enough influence to know their perceptions matter.
Fragments
A Thousand Layers
We search for metaphors to help us piece together the fragments around us. Life happens whether we harmonize our expectations with our realities or just muddle through. A jigsaw puzzle is one illustration of the myriad ideas bombarding us without context. Each life can be seen as a thousand layers of jigsaw puzzles. If each puzzle contains one thousand pieces; we have a million pieces from which to assemble a serene life where we reconcile our expectations with our realities. The Fragments blogs select puzzle pieces and suggest how you might assemble them into your life.
Pawn Sway
Donald Trump’s election is an illustration of the frustration many citizens harbor toward existing governance; the world over. If we see ourselves as pawns, subjected to the many authorities we have allowed to manipulate our existences; we should find ways to sway our systems to better reflect the sensibilities of the population members who toil every day but despair at the influence they have on the affairs of the day.
Pawn Sway initiatives invite us Pawns to take the reins of the teams of manipulators we’ve allowed to run our lives.
