If the feedback lacks transparency and respect; I may tighten monitoring of the comments. Included in each comment response is an opportunity to indicate whether you consider yourself a thoughtful, good person. If you do, you can indicate whether your circumstances allow you to express unfettered opinions without repercussions from your various authorities (such as employer, union, profession, party, religion, …). My goal is to get an indication of the share of the population who picture themselves free to express, and pursue, personal opinions. This is likely the cohort who can ‘change the system’ over time.
